I really liked the staff who where attentive and always helpful and the scenery was extraordinary and my room was amazing

Nice spa facilities

Unfortunately, our stay left us quite disappointed. We spent two nights here as part of our honeymoon in the Dolomites and had been looking forward to a couple of relaxing days at a spa hotel. We had booked a comfort double room but were assigned one on the first floor, directly facing a busy roundabout. The traffic noise was so loud that it was impossible to keep the windows open at night—even with earplugs. As there was no ventilation or air conditioning in the room, it became uncomfortably hot and stuffy, which made it very difficult to sleep on both nights. When we raised our concerns with the reception, we were offered a fan or told we could pay extra for a different room—something we felt was unreasonable, considering we had already paid a lot for a comfort room. We found this response lacking in service and flexibility, and we sincerely hope these issues will be addressed for the sake of future guests. The way our request for a different room was handled suggests that this may not have been the first time similar feedback has been given.

Beautiful!

Breathtaking views of the Dolomites, excellent service, and delicious breakfasts. Free access to the pool and saunas — including one with a mountain view, which was a real highlight. There’s also an underground parking garage, which is very convenient. The location is perfect — close to hiking trails and cable cars.
