1.車庫鐵門櫃檯無法控制開關 外出時自己關門回來時還要請其它員工手動開門 既然知道鐵門控制有問題與入住時未告知住宿人員 也沒有更換其他房間 2.燈光控制器當機無法開燈還需要請櫃檯協助 3.熱水忽大忽小水溫難控制 容易燙傷 4.馬桶水垢嚴重

入住時說沒訂房因他們內部溝通不良，但服務人員很認真解決，到房內時居然沒清潔，但服務人員換了另一間給我，但已經讓我心情大受傷。 但服務人員有盡力解決。
