Location was great. Handy fridge and microwave.

Shower had mould on the ceiling and on the shower curtain. Tiles were missing on the shower floor. Desperate renovation required No privacy curtains on the bunk beds and charging ports was a series of power bars randomly placed. No even close to what you find in European hostels.

"Clean, modern nice place with excellent staff"

Clean, purposeful layout of hostel. Individual rooms of 2 bunkbeds have washroom. Door entrance and room Passcodes appreciated.

1) Both nights stayed discovered new arrivals after hours no access even though individually stated they followed protocols to arrive after hours. In both times, after much stress anxiety travel and trying all contact options same outcome they were not able to stay that night. Suggestion: on hostel entrance signage stating after hours NO service guests must be registered online or at desk during office hours only no after hour correspondence available next day! Strongly suggest online service to operate after hours so late arrivals can be registered and accessed; 2) unaware of longterm guests this has a latent friction mentality with usual short term guests taking more space for larger luggage, washroom etc .. suggest separate long and short term guests.

Really nice and kind staff. Having girl room was great too. Close to everywhere. And having double door with keypad made me feel safe in downtown. Price was good

Could have some curtains on each bed.
