"looks decent. an ok stay. not what was expected"

the staff were courteous and mostly helpful. the place was decently clean. the room, overlooking the swimming pool, was big. swimming pool was ok. food was decent. shikara ride to the nearby island was good.

we were travelling with a baby and we had asked for a little differently cooked meal. 1st day was good but 2nd day they messed it up so bad, we were very furious. mostly because they didn't inform that they had messed up and couldn't provide a solution. restaurant could use a pest trapper of some sort. although pictures showed pool table, but it was not there. no fridge in room.

Beautiful environment. I love the location. Staffs were very friendly and helpful esp the person who is handling the reception ( GeethaKrishnan).He was very down to earth and polite.

The bathroom had a very strong and unpleasant smell, the shower head barely had any water pressure.
