Hieman kolkon oloinen. Lisämatot ja vaikka verhot lisäisivät selvästi viihtyisyyttä ja vähentäisivät kaikua.

Sängyt olivat loistavat. Siisti nykyaikainen huoneisto, keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava.

Pyykkitelinettä ei löytynyt, pyykkikone kuitenkin huoneistossa oli. Aivan ulko-oven edessä oli rakennustyömaa, mistä ei ollut missään mainintaa. Rakennushenkilöstön pakettiautot tukkivat välillä parkkipaikan ja työmaalta kantautui meteliä sisälle.
