清潔，在融創茂對面十分方便。訂房時說明包早餐，入住時服務台說已經沒供應早餐了。 公寓門牌不顯眼，是於07座的樓上，廣州出租車未必懂得去，如果輸入門牌找不到，就輸入融創雪世界，到後對面有幾幢較高的樓宇，07座位於最外圍
