Quiet and cozy location. Great terrace with gas grill and good swimming pool (although no shallow place for young kids). Kitchen well quipped, large tv with fast internet connection, beds comfortable. There was enough space for our family of 5. No problem with parking spot.

A bit far from the beaches and restaurants. There are two good restaurants nearby, but if you want to have better selection you need to walk down towards city center (or drive) and the way is quite steep (plus stairs in the complex). Other than that, this is definietly a great appartment!

The location is good enabling quick approach to Aqualand and Siam Park, major trading centres and several restaurants. The heated pool was a great benefit for the kids, who could not get enough of swimming. The view from the apartment is on the ocean and daily sunset is guaranteed.

Rooms were perfect. The balcony size and view were absolutely stunning☺️

The pool temperature was cold for us. We expected that heated pool temperature is warmer than 22-24 degrees.

Very hot at night

This is a fabulous apartment: bright, spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The rooms are spacious, the balcony is great for eating and relaxing with a view over the pool to the sea beyond. The pool is a good size for swimming and we had it nearly all to ourselves. There is no shallow end so it is not suitable for children. There are loungers and parasols, so enjoyable to read by the pool which was always so quiet and peaceful during our stay. The area is very convenient: a couple of supermarkets 10 minutes walk away and an easy walk (20 mins) to the coast and some great restaurants. The Balkan restaurant just around the corner is excellent with good food and service and a terrace with stunning views along the coast. We also loved the cool cocktail bar next door with an outdoor terrace looking out over the night lights. The hosts were wonderful: so helpful and charming. They made contact as soon as we booked and went out of their way to make sure our car problems got sorted and that we had everything for a good week. (Driving in the area is very difficult so recommend getting taxis everywhere as they are plentiful and cheap). We cannot recommend the apartment highly enough: looking forward to our return!

only one week! Steps are pretty steep but worth it.

Maria and Alex were extremely helpful during our stay. We were the only users of the pool most of the time and the area very quiet. The best beach areas are Playa El Duque and Playa Fanabe (restaurant Moon). There are 2 breakfast cafes next to the entrance of Aqualand close to the apartment both serving excellent English breakfast and a great Italian Zen just further up the road. Next to the apartment the Calma Balkan and a couple of excellent wine bars, just up the road.

Remember that Tenerife is very hilly and a hire car is a big advantage.

great location, nice big balcony with sea view. spacious apartment, only one bathroom/toilet. well appointed kitchen. for information TV does not cover UK. parking is on street was not an issue for us. the whole development was quiet and very clean, with a lovely pool area.

Really requires reclining chairs or sun beds on the generously sized balcony. the table and chairs for 6 people are great, but the other furniture for us were surplus to requirements, and of little use and no comfort.

The apartment was spacious, clean and overlooked the communal pool. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
