"An excellent holiday!"

Lovely cosy apartment with all of the necessary amenities. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, we also liked the blackout curtains and the selection of books on the shelves. There was ample storage space, the area is quiet, everything was clean and pleasant. An all around perfect stay.

The only tiny nitpick is that it'd be nice to have a few hooks on the bathroom wall for hanging up clothes and towels while showering - but that is, obviously, a very minor thing.

"Was nice large enough for our group to relax in, and very quiet"

Large rooms, clean, good position

Bit worn, our bed head was off the wall and just left behind the bed, no dishwasher tablets, very small shower but good water pressure.

"Good location, easy to find with home comforts"

Really great apartment, everything we needed includdd. Only 10 mins to St Andrews and 25 mins to Dundee

Guardsbridge itself didn’t see, to have many facilities but didn’t take long to get to St Andrews

"A home away from home!"

This property is amazing. There are two large bedrooms, one twin and one double, so a lot of space and privacy in the upstairs of the house. The owners are downstairs so it is nice and private. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable with high quality linen. There is a shared bathroom for the two rooms. Everything was extremely clean. The owners are wonderful people, so kind and friendly. Breakfast is provided in the room to help yourself with cereals, and toast with homemade preserves and lots of other goodies! Great location also a few minutes drive from the centre of St. Andrews. Highly recommend.

This is just a great place near the centre of St. Andrews. Highly recommend.

"Perfect for our stay."

"Good shame about the weather"

Easy access to attractions north and south. Considering on very busy road very very quiet.

No dedicated parking. Parking is available but the other side of a very busy road which is not the easiest with 2 young children and all the paraphernalia they need.

"This was our second stay at the property and I have no doubt, there will be a third."

This was the second time we stayed at the Eden Mill Residence, as we thoroughly enjoyed our first experience. The accommodation had everything we needed and extremely comfortable. Location was ideal and only a short drive to St. Andrews.
