Greyfriars

The flat was spacious and very luminous despite the fact that we were there in February. All was clean and the instructions to get in were clear. The beds were comfortable. The location is really good, right in the centre: close to the beach, restaurants and pier.

The sofa is a bit old and not comfortable. A little paint work would make the flat look even cleaner. But honestly we have not been phased by the two points above.

The location is fantastic . The apartment is spotless cant ask for anything more everything you need is there. It was so easy to communicate with host we hope to return

The apartment was just right for our family of 4 it was clean, had all the amenities that we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of storage space too. Communication was excellent. The lock box wouldn’t open and someone was blocking our parking space but Mark was very patient with all of our phone calls and tried his best to sort out the issues, asking the housekeeper to come round with a spare key for us.

Absolutely stunning apartment the host was ever so kind and helpful. I am looking forward to staying here again. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

The location was good for access to shops and entertainment. Drinks and fruit were very much appreciated and enjoyed - great touch. It was clean and bright. The kitchen is really well equiped

The smoke detector on the top floor (flat 4) did not have batteries. We were in three apartments for a family gathering. Flats 3 and 4 need some minor repairs to cupboard doors etc and flat 4 had a water leak from a pipe that was obviously known about as it has a towel around it. These things did not spoil our stay but are just a shame for the property

The property was very clean. Had everything you needed for your stay love the fact that I had TVs in every room very well equipped
