We stayed in room c, second floor, which has a private balcony overlooking the harbor. Beautiful views both in the day and night and with privacy. The owner is great.

"Like a second home."

It was absolutely fabulous! It was like walking into my own little apartment. I wish I could have stayed long enough to get some real use out of the deck. Having the bay right outside the door and having a great view of Morro Rock was just breathtaking. I’ll definitely be going back to Gray’s. I arrived later than I had hoped but I was emailed with important information before my arrival and that was very nice.

"On the water and walk to shops and dining!"

Location was on the water with huge patio 2 chaise loungers, a table and 4 chairs with a BEAUTIFUL PRICELESS VIEW!! We got lucky last minute they had a cancellation and we snagged Unit A which is a one bedroom/1full bath & shower, a full kitchen with everything you need, living room with really nice futon for extra guests. It’s been updated nicely, very well laid out, clean, light and airy! You can literally walk to the boat launch or Morro Rock a nice surprise conveniently next door are e-bike rentals for $20/hr which are also fun!! These people put a lot of thought into every detail from a fully stocked kitchen to a fully stocked linen closet with extra towels and bath amenities! Will absolutely be back!
