Trop de soucis avec cet ho
A l arrivée dans notre chambre , la porte des sanitaires( douche et wc) était bloqué, nous l avons signalé a l agent d accueil qui n' a rien fait, aucune aide, pas d autre chambre disponible et aucune réponse adaptée. Dit le signaler le lendemain à l agent d accueil. Nous avons eu aucune proposition pour nous dédommager. Décevant pour un 4 étoiles,
We stayed for a city break. It was okay hotel staff varied from semi helpful to not helpful at all. Our rooms amenities were very limited and even though we were booked for 4 days they gave us 2 coffee pods for the machine.... which only took this specific type of pod and when we asked for more there was a charge and depending on the dah and who you asked the price varied from 1 euro to 3 euros per pod.... which i argued with staff on this Then the last day there was no coffee and the person at the desk told us there was free coffee in the restaurant area.... which was quite annoying. Also they should specify self catered for the rooms with kitchenette because this was not stated at all And if you want air in the room you have to borrow and alan key from front desk. And ac does not work dont expect much. The bed was comfortable. Which was great And the hotel was close to tram and bus station which was good. Also close enough to hotel

Hotel nickel : Propre, récent, assez classe. Par contre télé HS et petit déjeuner à 17€ c'est un peu abusé.
Great hotel, comfortable and good value. I'll stay here again whilst visiting Nantes.
