Room: - lighting seems too gloomy ,more brighten mode would be better. - Pillow not clean, some stain / dark spot left over - The drinking water shall be provided to guests 2 bottles per day, especially for the long term guests staying. Toilet: - The hot water shower is not working properly. We had to take a shower by cold water most of the time our staying.By the way we informed the hotel staff that she claimed it came from too many guests turn on the hot water showering at the same time. That causes the heat water to be unstable. That's not a good excuse one.The hot water shower is not working well , due to the electricity power provider being unadequated. That's the real problem. The problem does not come from the guest' s utilisation. - The shower gel & shampoo container , not hook up. Loosen hanging. I have to put the shower gel & shampoo on the floor instead of. - The tissue toilet hanger needs to be glued tightly. - Very smelly from the water drain. Room rate : - We paid 2500 THB per room/night , the rate seems too high than your facilities & service shall provide to the guest.Not worth with the money and not meet with our expectations. Staff: - More service mind , more overseen through

This was a very basic hotel. Nothing Thai or traditional. You can find other places with some personality and better service at similar prices.

Very comfortable rooms and a nice environment to do some work in the reception area or garden, or to just hang out. Good location and easy to access Chiang Mai's sights. Breakfast was good value - cooked (Thai or Western-ish) or continental style - and there is free coffee and snacks available morning and afternoon (although pretty much any time). Helpful and friendly staff and the hotel dog made for a great stay!

Amazing great room. Super soft bed. Very quiet area. Only fault i have was none the tv channels was watchable but i didnt really need a tv. Shower pressure was good. Reception has free breskfast bars, crackers, coffee, fruit & drinks which is a nice touch. Staff was super friendly & helpfull.

Hotel is middle of city. Shopping night market by walk. Halal food near to hotel.
