Hotelzimmer war sehr gut, schön gross und sauber. Jedoch war der Service eine Katastrophe. Das Frühstück stand mit Frischhaltefolie umhüllt bereits am Vortag auf dem Tisch. Ausserdem war kein Buffet vorhanden. Zimmerservice war auch nicht vorhanden, obwol es so auf der Homepage heisst. Zudem musste man im Parkhaus parken gehen, da dort keine Parkplätze vorhanden waren oder man nicht einmal fragen konnte wo die Parkplätze sind vom Hotel.

Los cuartos están muy bonitos y amplios, caminamos como 20 minutos de la estación para llegar porque no pasaban Uber y no había camiones. Para el hotel hubo 3 detalles: la cocina cerraba temprano y no había máquinas o algo para comer, el piso en donde nos quedamos olía como si hubieran cocinado comida china y el más importante: mucho ruido de las campanas de la iglesia de en frente.

Pour partir c’était une catastrophe. Personne à la réception. Puis quelq’un est venu. Impossible de payer sur place. Montant pas claire… chambre superbe, bien situé mais service catastrophique

Although nestled in wonderful Bad Ragaz, this boutique hotel had a bunch of issues: Coming in it's self check in so don't expect to see anyone to help you out. I've travelled a ton but this was the first time I caught a spider in a room. I had to move the bed and the underneath had leftover items and probably has not been cleaned for a while. Ate at the restaurant by the entrance on our first night and it was the worst meal of my entire trip. The boutique hotel is at a great location and close to so many great stores and dining options. The rooms are ok. Just make sure they are properly cleaned before you arrive.

Gutes Stadthotel, zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück war gut, schöne Auswahl! Das Personal war nett. Was mir nicht so gefallen ist das unpersönliche Einschecken, obwohl alles gut geklappt hat. Das Zimmer war gross mit schönem Bad und gutem Föhn.

Hotel was very nice and in a nice location. Since there is no one to check you in or at the counter, would help if the check-in instructions were in English or French as well.

Der Wasserhahn müsste repariert werden.

Nie jemand an der Rezeption. Gestank nach Zigaretten überall.. das Frühstück war alles andere als Einladend. Telefonisch war nur schwer jemand erreichbar. Beim Einchecken liegt einfach ein Couvert mit dem Namen auf der Theke. Wo bleibt hier bitte der Datenschutz?!
