We stayed for our honeymoon and it was an unforgetable experience. Limone is just a 5 minute drive and the hotel provides a shuttle to make pick up and drop off easy! The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the hotel is stunning! We hope to visit again in the future!

We stayed at Eala on Lake Garda and it was simply amazing. The food was outstanding, the staff genuinely kind and attentive, the surroundings breathtaking, and the cleanliness impeccable. Everything came together to make it an unforgettable experience.

Great Spa - beautiful views.

Air-conditioning in our room was not adjustable, room was to warm - staff solution was to give us a fan that then rattled all night, very poor for a high end hotel.

At the price I think the additional breakfast menu options should be included. The waiter we had at the dinner in the hotel forgot to bring ordered drinks having been reminded twice, this seemed to be an issue generally as two other tables also had a problem with waiting on their drinks and getting the wrong food order. The couple behind us took the wrong order because they said they had been waiting too long already. Additionally the waiter was standing behind our table and seemed unwell as he coughed most of the evening. Maybe an off day but perhaps shouldn’t have been in work coughing over the meals.

Le fait d'attendre 45 minutes notre deuxième plat !!! De réserver le matin a 10 heures une table au restaurant étoilé et recevoir un appel téléphonique a 15 heures pour décommander.... Alors oui, très bel établissement, mais pour être digne d'un 5 étoile LUX, il y a encore beaucoup, beaucoup de travail de formation a faire. Que les managers fassent leurs travail, Ils ont tout pour bien faire, a eux de former et encadrer leurs équipes.
