Facilities were clean, and there was a guard at all times

I don’t know if this was a scam I could not find the hotel when I called it rang hotel colonial I showed up there on gps and they said same owner different hotel it ended being 11 min away and not in the location I was looking forward to. I can’t get a refund . Not sure if it was a scam tbh

I booked on-line and when I got there the front attendant can't find my reservation, even she started the computer to look for my reservation and can't find it, all the paperwork was made it manually, took more than 10 minutes to complete the reservation. When I was sleeping there was too much noise at the hall, dragging furniture or something like that.

NOTHING WAS WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THIS HOTEL!!!!!

this hotel was super bad, Had mice in the room all night long. it was filthy, the staff was rude, and I was charged more than the advertised price. I will never ever stay at any booking.com property again...

Excelente servicio del personal tiene alberca y esta muy limpia

The location is very convenient. It is steps away from an excellent seafood restaurant and a good cafeteria on the other direction. Supermarket Soriana is about 10 min walk. The Veteran bridge to US is 3-minute drive from the hotel. Hotel is located on the corner of Lauro Villar, a major street in Matamoros, with easy access to the periferico.

Muy bien el hotel y su personal

This place is nothing like it is adverticed. it has the feel of a motel. Drunk people yelling all night in the hallway and the staff didn't even care. The towels had holes in them. the room had dead roaches. and they requested i leave a deposit of $20 when i arrived. Don't even think about going into the nasty pool they have.

it's inexpensive and good place to stay comfy and clean
