Some things are not working

C’était trop humide à l’intérieur des chambres, il y avait des champignons et un odeur insupportable dans les toilettes. J’ai payé pour quatre nuits, je suis resté une nuit et j’ai fui aucun remboursement. après nous, on était au rez-de-chaussée, peut-être dans les étages c’était mieux mais aucune idée.

The jacuzzi was freezing cold, the wii didnt work, the safe and phone were broken and there was a smell of sewage. The reception team were friendly but stated maintenance issues which were not dealt with. They stated no manager was available to speak to every day over my 4 day stay. The last night they upgraded my room but they failed to deal with the various issues. Not recommended 😕

Water was not hot and no wifi in pur room

The hotel is conveniently located near malls, restaurants, and coffee shops, making it easy to access most places in the city. However, traffic in Tagaytay during rush hours can make traveling around the area time-consuming. The breakfast buffet is good, but having more food options would greatly improve the experience, especially for foreign guests. The staff are accommodating and very professional, and the hotel is clean with a pleasant ambiance.

We experienced a few issues during our stay. Our room was not fully equipped upon check-in, and we had to repeatedly request basic items such as toilet tissue, a bathroom rug, a hair dryer, and ironing facilities. The internet connection was extremely poor—practically unusable. I also requested a bathroom rug to prevent slipping since I was traveling with a toddler, but was given a very small piece, which was not sufficient. The hotel should ensure that rooms are properly checked and complete before guests arrive, as having to call or go out repeatedly to request necessities is inconvenient and time-consuming. They also need to work on their internet connection. It is advertised on their page as “super fast internet,” which was misleading, as the connection during our stay was extremely poor and unusable. To avoid misunderstandings, this claim should be removed or updated until the issue is properly fixed.
