Bel établissement ! Personnel disponible, agréable et à l'écoute. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuse. Orientation des chambres sur une cour intérieure donc au calme.

Système de ventilation très bruyant à proximité de la chambre.

I like the scenery and cleanliness and pool view

The food breakfast menu were limited not warm and to enclosed with no view better if pool view or maximize the view of taal

The location was fantastic, close to the great places to eat like Leslie's if you want incredible Bulalo and the best buffet breakfast experience at Balay Dako. The staff were super friendly and the room was all we needed, comfortable, good air con and a great shower.

The gym was poorly kept, very dirty that I had to sanitise and clean myself. The clean wipes ended up brown when I wiped down the pull down bar, bench and dumb bells. It also didn't help that the room has no air con so I could only exercise for 20mins as it was intensely hot and difficult to work out in. This was the only let down of the entire experience and could be quickly remedied.

Complete package, with comfortable bed, resturant and coffee shop..
