"Avoid room 14. There’s a bedbug."

There was a bedbug on the bed. I got some bites and could barely sleep

Showed up they said there was no reservation even though I had a receipt with reservation number. We had to walk around dragging or 3 suitcases to find a place to sleep after traveling all day from Washington
