Convenient Location Cleanliness average

They didn't provide a room with balcony as booked on site. And hotwater shower doesn't works properly. Restaurent isn't answering the phone. I went to the restaurent and placed a meal order, it took nearly 1 and half hours to deliver even after couple of reminders. And when checking out receptionist asked me to pay LKR 13,700, but we have booked the room for LKR 11,400 (With Taxes). After showing the confirmation email and booking.com app details he was dumb for several minutes and asked me to pay the correct prize. Very pathetic... Be careful...
