A warm greeting on arrival, check in was quick and easy. I was able to pay using the card I booked with. Room was comfy and clean and house keeping was excellent too. Apartment is well equipped if you want to cook/prepare meals during your stay and the location was a short bike ride from the lake. You can hire a motorbike from reception for an additional daily charge. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if I returned to Da Lat.

Wine/water/soft drinks/noodles in the room are an additional charge.

Very good location, close to the former train station, and in the middle between city center and the former college yersin (architecture sight). In our room (penthouse) the shower may not be suitable for very tall persons. But the view of the terrace is fabulous!

The shower is open in the bathroom and this makes the floor slippery. On request we got a floor scraper, so we could clean after..

The location is great. Close to the city lake but calm and little noise from the traffic. Nice surroundings with good Thai restaurant in front of the hotel and fruit market.

There are lots of stains on sofa and curtains. If staff cared about this more it’d make this apartment really incredible.

location was nice, south of lake rather than in town centre so it felt more local. A short walk to centre. Large light airy room with all necessary facilities incl small kitchen and washing machine. Exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean beds.

The location is superb. It’s very convenient to reach all the attractions nearby. The staffs are super friendly and helpful to support us with information and other arrangement. The facilities and room are exceptionally clean. We did enjoy our 5-night stay here very much and hope to come back again soon.
