A recepção e acolhimento da Francesca. Os quartos são muito limpos, a roupa de cama excelente. Café da manhã top. Somos peregrinos do Caminho dei Cappuccini, recomendo. Bom custo benefício.

"A place to come back to"

The fact that it's my second and not my last time at this hotel says it all. Overall a pleasant place to stay, very helpful staff and a place I feel I can trust to have what I need, no disappointments. Clean, nicely equipped, comfortable, well located and everything in place.

Personally, because of a semi-handicapped situation at the moment the few steps (less than 10) up to the receptions could have been a problem if not for a wonderful staff member taking my suitcase. And note, the backdoor entrance is much easier. After that the lift does the job.
