La ubicación es excelente, y las personas que atienden geniales.

I liked that is far enough away from all the traffic noise but close enough to walk anywhere. The building itself has enough space to sit and just relax.

Very friendly lady in the reception.

The room had no air con and the fan would only work if the light was on. Also, it wasn't very clean.

Maybe the price There was a fan on the ceiling. Room had a sofa. There're two doors for security at the entrance and you get a key (magnet) which was convenient. Kitchen with drinking water.

That hostel isn't in the historic center. Very far and boring with empty streets. It's an old house. The shower I used was an old oxidized bath Towel had some dirty spots. Not acceptable. Patio was just out my wondow so not so much privacy.

Recibí un mensaje de una persona para indicarme, la hora máxima a la que podría llegar. Yo no pude llegar a esa hora, lo entiendo pero siempre se agradece que las personas sean vorteses y piensen un poco más en sus usuarios, Servicio al Cliente, le llaman algunos

Das Zimmer war in katastrophalem Zustand und bewohnt von einem älteren, betrunkenen Herren dessen Anwesenheit sogar uns als Männergruppe belästigt hat, da das ganze Zimmer nach Alkohol gerochen hat. Wir sind zur vereinbarten Check-In Zeit angekommen und durften dennoch mind. 1 Stunde auf den Mitarbeiter warten, da die eigenen Mitarbeiter den zuständigen Herren nicht erreichen konnten. Wir durften also inkl. Koffer eine Stunde lang hungrig, müde sowie verschwitzt vom schwülen Wetter auf unseren vorzeitig kommunizierten Check-In warten. Im Zimmer waren wir insgesamt 5 Minuten, da wir uns nur Platz genommen haben, um sofort nach einer anderen Unterkunft zu suchen! Lieber etwas in Brisas de Zicatela buchen!

Es un lugar muy acogedor! Es una casa muy agradable y silenciosa para descansar o estar. Camas muy cómodas, servicios adecuados, y lo mejor la atención de Antonieta y Aldana: personas muy amables, atentas, serviciales. Está cerca del Templo Expiatorio y del centro histórico en una zona bien linda y tranquila. Ubicación muy cerca de restaurantes, gastrobares, tacos! Lo recomiendo 100% !

Muy buena ubicación, justo en la zona turística a dos calles de Chapultepec, lugar de bares, restaurantes, la chica de recepción muy amable y el lugar cómodo y tranquilo .
