Great people and nice, colorful common rooms to spend time in after visiting the city, e.g. couches, tables, rooftops in the evening. There are many nice restaurants and bars close by (under 5 min walking distance). The staff is super helpful as well.

Some of the private rooms have no windows, which is annoying, but they are also very cheap considering the location. The dorms all have windows, so no issue here.

Our twin room didn't have a window, so we couldn't air it otherwise then by opening the door (and as it faces the main reception area, everyone could see inside our room)

Exceptional location close to the Av Chapultepec which has a lot of restaurants around. It is also a good place to stay if you have an appointment in the US Consulate, 8 minutes walking.

they say you have a private bathroom, which is true but unfortunately, it is outside the apartment, so you have to go out in order to access it, this is really an issue if you have to use in the early morning. Also, the mattress is so uncomfortable, we woke up with backache since the it is not the best, they should change it!
