Good location walkable to port. Nice staffs. It's an old building need some renovations

The hotel is old but it in the heart of city I would stay again

First of all they ask me to pay before leaving "the hotel" for our event there and leave the room key there. I thought we were in a "Hotel" not a "Boarding school" as the Expedia description. Otherwise the room was very very very very cold, impossible to sleep, my daughter and I are still very sick from this horrible night, we had 2 blankets and it was not enough, so I told them that we had to leaving for our train at 5am, no one offered to go breakfast. . . even though I paid for it. The big problem was the dirt, the bed and all the equipment was very very dirty and smelled very bad. Never ever again will it be free. And never again Expedia too... normally I had to pay 27 euros only but they told me, because you booked with Expedia, you have to give us, more money, it was around 4 euros, that's not that's much it's just for the principle.

Friendly reception staff & housekeeping. For what you pay you cannot go wrong. The hotel is bang in the middle of the action in Tangier. Very good value for money.

The front door is locked with a key and this is dangerous in case of a fire. There is someone sleeping in the lobby but his alarm did not wake him. They chose to change my room while I was out to a nicer room, but it was a floor higher and I have problems walking. The lift and TV did not work during my stay. The location is good and staff friendly

After arriving very late, because of a flight delay. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff. I was extremely tired and check in was excellent. He even helped me with my heavy luggage. Very comfortable bed, excellent location, friendly and very helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel. That I have rebooked to stay again.

Place is old and really dirty. Massive plumbing issues. Sink was leaking with bucket under it. Floor was flooding water had nowhere to go and wouldnt change our room.Staff promised it will be fixed next morning but nothing happened . Everytime i was going in or out of property staff were arguing with guests complaining. Really bad stay.

cheap old fashioned hotel. The price-quality ratio is. The problem was that there was no heating in the winter and it was very cold. The internet was good. Slightly noisy.
