"Great budget option with good vibes"

8.0

Very friendly atmosphere and the pool was great as it was close to 40’C every day we were there. I stayed in a private room and there was enough space for 1 person.

The showers were just a dribble of water and while the breakfast options were priced well, some days they didn’t have enough food to supply the 3 dishes they offered. The service for breakfast was also quite slow.

"Great staff and amazing pool area!"

10.0

This is a great place to be social or keep to yourself, your choice. The pool area is amazing and relaxing. Three hammocks in the pool area, a fourth one between the trees and about four lounge chairs. Long communal tables to eat, work, or socialize. My favorite staff members were Lena who is a sweet shy girl and Harold whom which I also did the three cenote tour with, very nice friendly guy. The party organizer hypes the evening up with games, which I never joined but did watch. They have a small bar that they open at 1 or 2pm with Rebecca the bartender making drinks until 10pm. They sell beer cans for 2x100 and they also sell cocktails with happy hour 8-9pm with a 2x1 special.Due to this they don’t allow you to bring your own alcohol into the property. My private standard 2 bed room was great with a king sized bed and a small single bed which I used to put my luggage on. I loved the style they painted the walls, added charm to what essentially is a basic room no frills or thrills but was very comfortable. AC worked well as did the wifi. I would have extended for another week but the rates doubled what I paid for my original week long reservation and that just was a no for me, sad though because I really wanted to stay for another week. I guess rates went up because they had only like two private rooms left. The breakfast is tasty, a bit limited in options but they went the extra mile for me and allowed me to modify the eggs to be fried instead of omelette style which is the way they normally serve it. They offer tours you can sign up for with front desk. They also have a group chat you can join to chat with other people staying at the property and to be notified of events they hold. One being an hour long salsa class, the instructor is amazing. Next time in in Merida I know for a fact I’ll be returning here!

They don’t let you bring alcohol in due to they providing bar service. Wish they would. Happy hour for cocktails which is 2x1 (awesome) only lasts one hour. I would day drink all day if they had it for a longer period, essentially spending more money there and wouldn’t care about not being allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Wish they didn’t allow smoking near the pool and would designate the area to the left of the pool as the smoking area, it has a table and hammock back there as well. Rates shouldn’t double just because you’re availability is low, I would have loved to stay another week. These listed things are just personal preference I would 1000% return and stay at this property, try it you won’t regret it.

Great location, nice reception staff, beautiful and clean pool, comfortable room with high ceilings and fans, lots of activities like yoga and cenotes tour! Nice kitchen and access to cold purified water.

The shower had warm water, but very low pressure.
