Basic facilities ok, free caffee/team, helpful staff. Walking distance to train station.

Room not so big, scooter rental higher than you can find outside.

-10 minutes from train station by walk -helpful staff (provide scooter rental, advices about Bromo)

-bathroom and common spaces could be cleaner

Very handy place if you are reaching Probolinggo by train (1km from the train station). Basically they have a new area - rooms with WC, and an old area - rooms with sharing WC. Since we stayed only 1 night we chose a room with sharing toilet.

The room is really basic and a little bit old, the toilet wasn’t properly clean but in general and for one night I thing it’s ok if you’re not too picky. If you want a little bit more comfort, maybe try the new private en-suite rooms.

Some good places to eat nearby, staff was friendly, comfortable bed in the dorm and good curtains in the dorm. The locals are also very friendly in Probolinggo

The massage I got wasn't that good, but it was cheap so can't complain!

Easy communication with the staff and they were so nice. Rooms for two are comfortable. Staff help you organising tours. And they picked us up from the bus station!

There is only one toilet for too many people. Wifi was not working. Tours are a lil expensive, you can find it cheaper talking to locals or managing yourself. Bromo jeep is not made for 6 people, too tight

The massage was great and had a good price! Free drinking water, coffee and tea. Nice and helpful staff.
