L’hôtel est bien géré, avec un bon accueil. Le personnel fait très attention au bien-être des clients. Ils proposent plusieurs excursions. De l’eau potable et une bouilloire sont à disposition, ainsi que du savon et du shampoing. Il y a aussi du wifi, une télévision et Netflix dans les chambres. Ainsi que la climatisation.

Il ni a pas d'eau chaude.

Super gentili e disponibili! Tutto ottimo!

La mattina ci si sveglia se non si ha una paraocchi perché nella nostra stanza si hanno delle finestre che prendono luce e già alle 8 entra una luce naturale pazzesca! In ogni caso chi è che va a Probolinggo per dormire?!

Velmi milý a příjemný personál. Ve všem nám vyšli vstříc. Půjčili jsme si motorku přímo u nich a vše bylo v pořádku. Kousek od ubytování je prádelna a velmi hezká kavárna. Voda byla zdarma přístupná. Netflix na pokoji zdarma.
