não tinha secador de cabelo, o café da manhã era fraco sem muitas opções, a semana inteira tudo igual no café, a toalha para o 3º hospede tinha que ficar pedindo pq não colocavam, estavamos em 3 no quarto...

"Incrível"

O Ibis budget é uma ótima opção para quem quer custo x benefício. Quartos são pequenos, mas atendem um casal perfeitamente. A localização é ótima (tem mercados, farmácias, bares e restaurantes próximos, além de estar muito perto da estação de metrô Manuel Montt. Quarto conta com ar condicionado (aquece e esfria).

Como contratempo, apenas em uma das noites, a água não estava aquecendo direito (era justamente o dia mais frio da nossa estadia). Além disso, para pessoas que necessitam mais espaço, pode ser desconfortável, pois o quarto é pequeno e as vistas do quarto não são incríveis. Não possui frigobar no quarto, então para manter alimentos refrigerados, não é possível.

"servicio de alimentacion deplorable y agresivo"

Ubicación, buen trato en recepción.

Yo no pernocté en el hotel, pero mis hijas y mi esposa, lo que me ralatan todas, es que la atención en el desayuno fue deplorable. Además de no contar con la alimentación mínina (pan integral, huevos, verduras salteadas habituales en IBIS, café de máquina, fruta, etc)... el personal que atendía el desayuno fue grosera y agresiva en su trato, contestando mal y subiedo el tono de voz... lamentablemente, no volveré a usar la cadena IBIS porque no cumplieron con estándares mínimos de educación y servicio. se dejó un reclamo formal en administración.

Quarto excelente, limpo, e com vista para a cordilheira. Localização excelente, estação de metro a 3 minutos de distância caminhando.

As camas não eram muito confortáveis. Mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a hospedagem.
