"Not the best hotel by a long shot."

It's was relatively cheap and had a good amount of available parking.

The room simply wasn't clean. The room hadn't been vacuumed. I kept finding hair around the room. Their fixtures and fittings in the room were not attached or fixed properly. The security door into my block simply didn't work with the second part of the magnet missing.

Excellent free parking, receptionist very helpful, room clean and tidy, beds comfy. Quiet with little noise from the busy main road.

The soap and shower gel was insufficient quantity for 2 people

Location for what I was in Birmingham for was ideal. But things about the only good positive

Old building that needs a lot of renovation or possible demolition and re modernised build. The standard of room type that I paid for was no where near what I expected. It was well over under par in comparison to other hotels who charge that amount for a room.
