Norbreck Castle Hotel Blackpool

The bed was very comfy! The staff on the front desk when I checked in was professional and helpful. There was a noise issue with someone playing music in the hallway/rooms at one point, however we heard security ask them to stop which we appreciated- its nice that a hotel actually takes noise complaints seriously and does something about them.

Quite a few areas seemed unclean and dusty, including many places in the bathroom, the skirting boards, the edge of the bed and the headboard/wall connecting bit, there was an item of rubbish under one of the beds that must have been there from a previous attendee and the bathroom sink had a mark on the outside that seemed to be dried toothpaste. There was no soap in the soap dispenser or in the shampoo/bodywash dispenser however I bought my own with me.

We loved how it has the indoor pool an jacuzzi an sauna it was amazing an events on every night an had. Wildlife even on too that was full of snakes an geckos

We didn’t like how uncomfortable the bed was it was very springy not good for my back

Lovely old building, staff very friendly

Couldn’t get a meal at the hotel without pre booking, which wasn’t said when we booked or when we arrived at the hotel. Beds only came with 1 pillow each and bed are very hard. Rooms small for a seaside view room with no bed side tables. Strong smell of weed on the 4th floor.

no only good thing about this hotel is a tram stop is outside

everything. food was disgusting. room had bed bugs, was not clean and rubbish from the previous guests. electricity is not safe and the whole hotel is run down. staff could not care and it would cost more just to replace the electrics than what this place is worth
