Spoilt by disgusting bedroom carpet. Many stained patches and 2 encrusted stains. This was a dog friendly room and didn’t smell but very off putting the amount of staining

Sunday lunch was poor . Breakfast was better

Rooms and needed a good clean especially mirrors on corridor and carpets really need a clean

Room was a bit dusty and some details were missing like no towel rail and no shelf in the bathroom had nowhere to put anything

Loud and too warm

The evening entertainment was ok. The breakfast was ok. The location was good. The pool players gave the place a good vibe. Without them I think the place would be dead.

The whole building smelled of cannabis constantly. There was noise around the rooms until 4:30am. The family room beds were so uncomfortable. The bathroom in the room hand no hand soap and the shower gel dispenser fell off the wall and had green and black mouldy slime in it. It looked like it had been there a long time. On the website it said to call to the reception if there was a problem. There was no phone in the room. I went down to reception to ask for shower gel. It took someone half an hour to come up to the room and they brought it me in a paper coffee cup.
