"Perfect Location and Exceptional Service Throughout Our Stay"

During our stay from 26 May for three nights, my friend and I were extremely pleased with both the hotel and its location. As my friend has mobility issues, being close to public transport, restaurants, cafés, and the central district was ideal and made our visit much easier. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tatiana, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. After entering our room, we realised the setup wasn’t ideal for two adult females—an oversight on our part. We approached Tatiana, who once again assisted us with patience and professionalism, offering several options. We ultimately chose to have our own rooms, which suited our needs perfectly. Throughout our stay, Tatiana continued to support us, providing directions to various places of interest and answering all our enquiries with genuine care. Because of the excellent service we received—particularly from Tatiana—and the convenience of the hotel’s location, I will be highly recommending your hotel to others.
