Good value, clean and comfortable.

Mobile-only check in and door opening on a web page was difficult - the check in process was confusing and failed the first couple of times I tried to do it. Ideally the door opening would be with a dedicated app instead of a web page that has to reload each time and requires data. Some travelers might not have working data on their phones when they arrive!

The room was very comfortable, loved the bed and pillows! Nice view too, very silent and slept very well. The online checkin and checkout procedure is really simple and loved the fact that you don't need a phisical key to access the structure.

We loved the inclusive feeling of the common area. The staff was very nice. It was like a little home in Bern.
