The internet does not work properly, if at all. The food is 6 out of 10, there is rules for some and not others, the key cards give a lot of trouble, the pool bar was never opened

Mattress needs to be changed, its formed like a hammock. Shower drain needs to be unplugged, shower filled to overflowing.
