La Quinta by Wyndham Clarksville

The only reason I gave this hotel only 4 stars is because they had soooo many people with dogs, and I am very allergic. You can pay extra for a pet free room, but that seems to be a punishment for those of us with allergies and having allergies is punishment enough. That being said, the hotel itself was very clean, bed was comfortable, and there was a nice area with a sofa and desk. The only problem with the room was that it had a smaller tv than most hotel rooms, and it was attached to the ‘dresser’ area. You couldn’t turn it at all so you could see it from the sofa. That seemed a little odd. Also, outlets by the bed didn’t work when you turned off the light by the door. Craziest thing I ever experienced in a hotel.

One of the cleanest hotels that allows dogs that I have stayed it. The staff was very kind n provided information. Breakfast was exceptional!! I will stay there again!!

Breakfast was very good, comfortable beds, low noise level.

Unfortunately, we got the room with the carpet, though the pictures of the room were not with carpet in most of the pictures.

Front desk accommodated us checking in a little early as she knew we needed to get ready for a cheer competition. Gentleman manning the breakfast was kind and helpful!

The motorcycle group revving their engines at 6am on a Sunday right outside our window, of course not the hotel’s fault. Also another guest had a barking dog!

DO NOT BOOK WITH La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Clarksville ON HOLIDAY DRIVE!!!!! I MADE A RESERVATION TWO WEEKS AGO FOR A RESERVATION FOR TODAY. THEY CALLED AT TEN THIS MORNING TO TELL ME THEY WERE CANCELLING MY RESERVATION BECAUSE I LIVE IN CLARKSVILLE AND THEY DO NOT DEAL WITH LOCALS AND THE OWNER SAID CANCEL IT BECAUSE MY ADDRESS SAYS CLARKVILLE!!!! THEN PROCEED TO TELL ME THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY AND THAT THERE ARE PLENTY OF HOTELS I CAN GO TO IN CLARKSVILLE LIKE IT SHOULDNT BE A PROBLEM THEY WAITED UNTIL 3 Hours Before check in because I paid for early check in too!!! Keep in mind I’m not from here!!! THEN WHEN I ASKED WHY WAIT UNTIL THE DAY OF, SAID THE OWNER CAN REFUSE SERVICE NO MATTER HOW SHORT OF NOTICE IT IS AND THAT I SHOULDNT HAVE LOOKED FOR A CALL BEFORE TODAY DUE TO THEM NOT LOOKING AT RESERVATIONS BEFORE TODAY!!! I mean HOW IS THIS OKAY??!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬
