"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

This is a POS! Do NOT stay here. They are completely incompetent. We are diamond members with IHG and request top floor. The last 2 times we’ve stayed at an IHG hotel, we had bottom floor. We say something and nothing changes. I guess we’re moving to Hilton. When you spend 100 nights- at minimum- in one of these hotels, you’d think that would give you priority status.

Tried for a week to speak to manager prior to my arrival. Left messages for the hotel on booking.com and never received a response. Check in was terrible for our team. Hotel worked with me to cancel 1 of my reserved rooms but has not communicated to booking.com that they approved the cancellation so that I can get a refund from booking.com.
