The rooms were spacious the bed was comfortable

Our last night we had a family of kids above us that ran around their room from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. they were dragging the table in their room across the floor. The next morning at 7:00 a.m. it started all over again but thank goodness we were checking out that day.

"New, comfy, and great value"

The hotel is new, clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated that our room had wood floors instead of carpet, which gave it a very fresh feeling. Parking was super easy and staff were pleasant.

Noise from the parking lot woke us up at night. Nowhere to fill reusable water bottles in the breakfast area.

"It was a good value."

Clean modern and beds were great!

No microwave and the ice was on the first floor. We are elderly and we the ice to be on every floor. Breakfast was good but no eggs or bacon. No coffeemaker either,

"Very uncomfortable room"

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The lobby was very festive for the holidays.

It was by far the most uncomfortable room ever. The beds were very hard and caused back pain and hard to sleep. There was only one very uncomfortable plastic chair for two people. Very uncomfortable. Won't pick the Spark brand again
