"Excellent"

No hot water in shower ever, at best warm. Had to ask to get towels for shower after room cleaned, zero left I bathroom , and was given a hard time to get 2 towels one for each of us. Ended up only giving us one.

"Bed comfortable, room needs updating"

Stay was comfortable but rooms need updating, it felt old and in need of some updating like carpet in the bedroom and tile in the shower - felt dirty simply because of this. Surface level did not appear dirty and bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was not great.

"Disgusting hotel."

Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed at in years. Stayed in Room 124. Disgusting floors with centipedes all over the room. Asked to be moved and they said the hotel was full…it was not. Asked to talk to the manager and she would not come out of her office. I’m a BONVOyY member and I used 30,000 points for this one night stay, I was refunded 16500. Do not stay here it’s not a Marriott property…Motel 6 for sure.

There was hair in sink and for breakfast no coffee, downstairs coffee machine wasn't working for breakfast. Then tried using room coffee machine and the piece where you put the coffee bag was missing.

"I would never book or recommend this hotel the housekeeping staff needs to do better or the owners other then that front"

The staff was amazing

The first room I had the toilet didn’t work the water from the shower didn’t drain at all so I got moved to another room the room smelled like wet cigarettes the tv didn’t work and the pillows smelled like mildew.

"I won’t be using booking in the future this was bad for business."

Staff

Rooms smelled of mildew, ants where all in the room. Smelled like cigarettes, shower head faced the opposite direction, cigarette burns in the sink, no clean towels for the second day, ceiling in bathroom leaked. I use booking all the time but the reflects poorly on your business. I won’t be using booking any more!

"Good"

Staff was not overly friendly, property was average, room was not very clean- there was hair on the bathroom counter when we arrived and in the shower. They do not offer 24 hour transportation
