I never got my $100 holding deposit back and it has been well over 30 days. I have talked to my bank and talked to the Holiday Inn customer service and they have not returned my money yet

"Our "Go-To" Place To Stay in Fayetteville"

We were in Fayetteville to visit family, and I can say everything about this stay was perfect! The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Cleanliness is always a top priority for us so we were very pleased with that! We enjoyed the breakfast very much and the breakfast attendant was friendly as well. Some people in our party used the fitness room and said it was great. We had no problems or issues with this hotel and will definitely use it again when we return to the area.
