Comfortable rooms. Friendly reception.

When I arrived there was no toilet paper in the room. The ice machine was broken on the third floor and the microwave didn't work. I stayed for four days and not once did housekeeping enter my room. I asked for fresh towels on the third day and they delivered them to my room but left the dirty towels on the bathroom floor.

Location

They never came to clean the room, they never came to empty the trash, they never came to bring clean towels. Had to take out my own trash daily, and we had to go to the desk and request clean towels daily. They Never serviced the room even after asking for them to do so. I will never stay there again.

We had a confirmed booking secured with a credit card. Got to the hotel at 10:30 pm after sitting in Memphis traffic for an hour and the hotel had given away our room with 2 queen beds for 4 people They told us we would have to buy an additional room (2 king bedrooms). We ended up having to stay at a much more expensive IHG hotel that didn't include breakfast.
