Townhome Inn & Suites by IHG

I had a reservation and there was no one there to let me in. I called . Sat in the lobby for 30mon wih no one at the desk.

Very nice even though shows some wear

Front Desk agent was rude Manager seemed nice

The room was decent, it seemed to be recently remodeled possibly. I am not sure if they bought an old hotel or not, but everything but the room was very worn down. The breakfast was good, they did have a waffle maker.

There is a nightclub next door. Music from 8pm-2 am. Even with a fan, ear plugs, and the tv halfway up you could still hear it. If you’re needing good sleep this is not the place.

La pulizia della stanza

A cominciare dell'accoglienza. La receptionist non collaborativa, al limite del maleducato. Trovato la camera pulita ma all'indomani della prima notte la stanza non è stata rifatta. Ho dovuto farmi rimagnetizzare le chiavi per ben tre volte. Livello colazione basso. Non ci tornerei.

Staff was nice - room was clean

room was the worst. Too much light came in through window. HVAC did not work - so hot woke up up in middle of night in a puddle of sweat. Difficult to find switches on lamps. Chair was uncomfortable. No tv guide. Floor was slick - slid twice - luckily did not fall. Staff had hard time getting computer to work especially the printer.
