Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin North Central by IHG

The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast ihd in the morning. The front clerk was friendly and approachable letting me know exactly what was needed for my check in.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was limited either because the machine to make the pancakes was down or not enough was made causing a shortage for a particularly dish. Additionally, the Internet connection was not properly connecting to my phone or the TV so I didn't have access to it.

Breakfast was great, had some differences each day, environment was nice, staff was very nice, place felt safe. Overall it was a good stay.

Bed was uncomfortable, ended up sleeping on sofa bed, mattress was more soft

All the drama in the front office, way too much yelling from other guests

The calls late at night asking what rooms I rented. The knocks in the door by staff late at night asking if I needed anything

The room was clean

Give us the wrong key to a room that was occupied, had to go back to the desk and request a new room, very concerning that they give access to the rooms without checking if it’s already occupied or not, crazy they don’t control or double book rooms
