Wingate by Wyndham Duluth/Atlanta

There were roaches in the hotel and we left. We had reservations for two nights and we did not stay. We checked out as soon as we saw the roaches. The sheets looked liked someone had slept on them. The bed mattresses had a sink in the middle. Not recommended at all

The staff were so nice all the way from check in to check out, only complaint is the lack of housekeeping we received while there. We had to ask for towels and were only offered housekeeping Once in the 3 days we stayed .

Great stay

The photos appeared to be more high-end. Upon arrival, It is apparent it’s an older property with newer room furniture. The bathrooms are still older-looking and some hardware is rusted. it was a clean room though.

The bathroom was in awful condition. The walls of the shower were dirty and disgusting. The toilet was tricky to flush. The toilet seat wasn't secure. We had no wash cloths. The bathroom door was dirty as well. The air unit was VERY loud and did not cool adequately. We had no TV remote and when we asked for one at the front desk, the employee seemed irriated and put out. Our door to our room was falling off it's hinges making it very difficult to close. We did get it closed, but it took effort. We came down for breakfast before breakfast was supposed to be over and no breakfast. When we checked out, the employee was rude.
