Disappointed. Pros were location, easy parking and felt safe. Cons were mediocre food. The property was full of sports teams. The lobby was so loud. Kids running up and down hall and making so much noise had to call security to calm them down. Not what business travelers expect from Westin. Old and faded furniture. Bed not comfortable.

The property was quiet and secluded which was nice but very close to the freeway.

Having to pay for valet, the sink was clogged and not enough towels.
