The Westin Long Beach

Long time Marriott customer, lifetime titanium level, this was our first visit to a Westin Hotel. We were not disappointed, facility was nice, very clean overall, rooms nice and there was a great staff. I cannot provide a top rating, due to the lack(zero) of USB charging ports. We were on the 16th floor and heard some street noise from cars late at night but this is expected being downtown on Ocean Blvd, not a problem. Pros: - Great location in Long Beach - Very nice rooms/suites, good breakfast and great bar area - Very friendly and welcoming staff, these guys stood out o Christopher - Front Desk o Regis - Bar area o Johnny - Bar area o Raz - Breakfast area Cons: - NO USB plugs in room. Usually, they are on the clock, light or desk, there are NON in the rooms.

They couldnt check us in until midnight! Iv never been to a hotel in my life that made you wait over 3 hours to check into a room, especially that late at night. Absolutely terrible experience

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

No internet No items like -one-time toothbrush, toothpaste

Need better parking. I had an issue with finding exit signs.

broken door handle, not enough towel. lightning in the room was terrible. Bathroom door did not close.
