This hotel does not live up to the Ritz-Carlton standard. The property is currently under construction, including the front entrance and lobby, resulting in an extremely loud and disruptive environment. Although the hotel sent multiple pre-arrival check-in emails, there was no mention of the ongoing construction. The hotel renovations are expected to continue for some time, guests seeking a quiet stay/conference may wish to consider alternatives. We booked two Junior Suites for three nights at the same time for a family trip, with the intention of relaxing. However, at check-in we noticed that one room was priced approximately $500 higher than the other, despite both rooms being identical and booked at the same time. To date, we have not received any explanation for this. The Junior Suites are located on the same level as the lobby. Guests booking these rooms in particular should be clearly informed of the current conditions upon booking and in the pre-arrival communication. Even now, Tripadvisor continues to describe this hotel as quiet and modern, which is misleading given the current situation. We contacted reception on multiple occasions. While they apologised and moved us to a different room slightly farther from the construction, that room had a leak through the balcony door. Due to the rainy weather, we had to move back to the original room. The hotel also offered another Junior Suite closer to the construction site, which was clearly not suitable for our needs. We were ultimately informed that no other rooms were available in the hotel to resolve the situation. Therefore, if you are seeking a relaxing stay without constant construction noise (between 9am and 6pm daily), you should consider alternatives. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet the expectations associated with the Ritz-Carlton brand.

Quiet, Serene, beautiful! WOW by lobby, room was spacious, bteakfast was lovely and the grounds are picturesque, Pool was nice, with a Jacuzzi and the lockers with the Sauna are clean , the golf course is world class
