Lobby looks great, very inviting and updated. The service was okay. I would expect better from the looks and the pricing. Our room was average but the pillows were very worn and lumpy. The bathroom shower water had a very bad odor of sewer. We had to keep the bathroom door closed so it would not sell up the whole room.

It has a great pool with its amazing view and the lobby is huge and nice.

The rooms look so old, maybe a complete renovation (newer and luxury staff) would fit great for this iconic hotel

The food and service in the restaurant was good. Attendant in the restaurant was nice and helpful.

Our stay was not very pleasant. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us that our reservation was not registered, and we were asked to make a new one. I provided the confirmation number and my name, but the attendant didn’t make much effort to locate it and was neither friendly nor helpful. It turned out that our reservation was indeed registered, but he had been searching under the wrong name. As a result, we ended up making a new reservation for just one night. In the room, we found a broken lamp, and there were no face or hand towels. The hotel, in general, felt quite dark. Overall, the stay was okay, but I wouldn’t return.
