Room is comfy ice machine broken both days we were here. When you arrive and go online WIFI $18.95 a day - then you go through hell to show youre a bonjoy member ( never have seen any benefits of that )Motel 6 is free and they have ice and allow pets.

Reception- easy check in and welcoming Lobby Bar- Jamie drop the mic - absolutely outstanding service hands down at this location. True service with smile oriented. Strongly reccommend even if not staying here to get to the lobby bar and order a drink. Bespoke service at its best Concierge lounge-more than descent place to hang out with private conference room as well. Gym- well equipped with a view Parking- self in garage (connected)is very convenient vs 60$ valet.

Everything was good we liked that we were directly inside the mall as well. Staff was very friendly and caring we enjoyed it.

We use white noise to go to bed and the TV in that room would constantly disconnect my iPhone in the middle of the night and we wouldn’t be able to use the YouTube tv method.
