Hotel je čistý a udržiavaný, personál je ochotný a nápomocný. Okolité prostredie je nádherné.

Prístup k hotelu cez úzke uličky je trochu komplikovaný.

Location was fantastic and the views from our balcony were incredible.

Our beds were two singles pushed together and weren’t attached to anything so they kept sliding around and away from the wall. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom so the floor was wet after every shower. Kettle in the room but not cups or spoons available. Restaurant advertised vegan options but the only thing they had was chips and salad. Pool closed which was disappointing. Another thing to note is that there is a toll booth going from the hotel into innsbruck and anywhere along the main highway, so every time you leave the hotel and come back you have to pay.

Sehr freundliche Rezeptionistin und Chefkellnerin. Uns wurde umgehend ein Abstellraum für die Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr guter offener Rotwein

Brot beim Frühstück war trocken Dosenfrüchte für Müsli beim Frühstück Kaffee schmeckt nicht besonders Da erwarte ich bei einem Hotel in Österreich in dieser Qualität ein hochwertigeres Angebot. Wir haben uns abends für das 3 Gang Menü als Halbpension entschieden. Wir bezahlten 30 € je Person für: 1. sehr dürftiges Salatbüffet 2. Penne Bolognese bzw Tomaten 3. Truthahn bzw gegrilltes Gemüse Es gab 4 Varianten von Salat Davon 1x Essiggurken & 1x Dosenmais Die Penne waren üppig, aber von mäßigem Geschmack Der Truthahn wurde von der Intensität der Sauce erschlagen Der Vegetarische Teller war eine Art Ratatouille von fadem Geschmack, mit 4 Brotschnitten zur Garnierung. Sagenhaft entäuschend! Resume: Zur Übernachtung am Weg nach Süden absolut zu empfehlen. Aber.....!! Zum Abendessen dringend ein anderes Restaurant im Ort wählen.
