Stayed at this hotel with family over Memorial Day weekend for 5 nights, and it was worth it. We booked over email with a reservation specialist who helped us with the various room categories. We decided on the Executive rooms to have access to the Brisas Lounge, which was worth it. Breakfast was nice every morning and having access to the happy hours was nice as well. My husband and I got lucky that our room was on the 10th floor and on the same side of the elevator (even number room) as we did not hear any noise at all besides the soccer win celebration for Cruz Azul. My other family members stayed in various floors, 7th and 9th, and had odd number rooms (rooms on the opposite side of the elevators) and they heard noise from bars and clubs at night. So beware and try to make a request to stay at a higher floor room and an even number room if you are a light sleeper. Overall, it was so walkable from this hotel that we would stay here again! Gym was a nice amenity as well.

Had an amazing stay! Three things really stood out: 1. The rooms were excellent, and the view was incredible. 2. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a great variety and quality. 3. Carlos, our server, provided outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

El desayuno genial, de los mejores que he probado ! la amabilidad del personal. Siempre listos para ayudar!. He viajado muchas veces a Ciudad de México pero las ultimas dos veces me hospedé en este hotel ( es el único de todos los que probé que valió la pena repetir y volver!!). Desde la piscina se ve la estatua del Angel, eso es muy hermoso de ver!.

Mi habitación tenía el espacio de la heladerita pero no tenia la heladerita. Podría haber resuelto comidas teniendo algo fácil para comer en la habitación. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle podrían ser un poco ruidosas, una de las noches hubo una fiesta en algún lugar por enfrente y se sintió ese ruido toda la noche. La piscina podría ser un poquito mas profunda :)
